Il candidato ideale è un/una educatore/trice che si in grado di progettare e strutturare attività di tipo laboratoriale/atelieristico per bambini (0-13 anni) e adulti. Il/la collaboratore/trice deve essere in grado di elaborare proposte progettuali e attuarle in piena autonomia, seguendo le linee guida fornite dalla Direzione Didattica e in collaborazione con il corpo docente.

Competenze richieste:

• Competenze artistiche e capacità pratico operative che tengano della molteplicità dei linguaggi espressivi e delle potenzialità tecnologiche;
• Capacità organizzative e comunicative;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
• Conoscenza e condivisione dei valori e delle metodologie tipiche del Reggio Emilia approach.

We are looking for passionate, creative, and experienced PRESCHOOL TEACHERS (from 3 to 5 yo) to join our team of international and diverse educators for the upcoming school years as our school enters into a planned period of extensive growth.

We are a Reggio Children inspired and bilingual nursery, preschool, elementary and middle school located in Modena, Italy.

Teachers will be matched with a co-teacher with whom they will manage a classroom of 20-25 children and develop ongoing inquiry-based paths and projects. They must listen to the children, work side-by-side with them, and discover alongside them all of the wonders of the world they are getting to know. Teachers will be in a constant cycle of research, into the educative approach, into new lines of inquiry emerging from the children, into new techniques and tools that can enhance the children’s learning.

All teachers are expected to design and plan projects on an ongoing and constant basis, to document the children’s work and display it for the children, families, colleagues, and even the public. Teachers will have the opportunity to attend professional development activities on topics ranging from child development, bilingualism, and concepts particular to the Reggio approach, including the chance to visit the renowned Loris Malaguzzi Centre in Reggio Emilia.
