Summer Menu – three courses

When education, community and hospitality meet.

The evening will begin with a brief description of the project and the collaboration between EducatioNest, Refettorio Modena, and Food for Soul.

Refettorio Modena is a project of Food for Soul, a nonprofit organization founded by chef Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore, born out of the experience of EXPO Milan 2015. Refettorios are spaces of beauty, culture, and hospitality, where ingredients destined for waste are recovered and transformed into special dishes to be served to vulnerable communities. In Modena, too, art, care, and beauty become an integral part of the experience and respect for each guest.

In early 2026, the meeting between Food for Soul and EducatioNest gave birth to a concrete collaboration, which has already developed through several initiatives: the recovery of uncontaminated food from the school cafeteria, open workshops led by middle school students, and, now, this first social dinner open to families.

There are 100 seats available . If they run out, a waiting list will be opened to fill any cancellations or for upcoming social dinners.

Reservations will close on June 18, 2026.
