Registrations
To learn more about EducatioNest and access our school's training, we recommend following a step-by-step approach and reading the bureaucratic procedures we've listed on this page.
Admission to the school is granted based on availability , and each year, students already attending the school have priority over enrollment for the following year.
Admission to the school is always open and not subject to any selection based on gender, nationality, creed, or previous academic achievement.
Registration Calendar
November and December
Registration campaign for the next AS for the Preschool sections 4/5yo and 5/6yo (all kindergarten sections, except 3/4yo), 2nd to 5th grade (all elementary school classes, except first) and 7th to 8th grade (all secondary school classes, except first)
January and February
Next Nursery AS enrollment campaign for all sections
April and May
Early registration campaign for 3/4yo, 1st grade and 6th grade sections
School enrollment is based on grade level.
- From nursery school to secondary school, enrollment is carried outfor the first year of each grade and subsequent years, which are confirmed with automatic renewal, unless cancelled by the family each year by November 30th for the following school year.
- Generally, confirmation of enrollment for the first year of preschool , the first year of primary school, and the first year of middle school is required by the end of January or the beginning of February each year . This deadline can only be brought forward if the entry class is filled before the ministerial deadline. Enrollment for these grades opens in May of the year prior to the start of attendance, following the first Open Day, and a priority period for places is always given to families who already attend our school .
- Enrolment for the nursery school opens every year in March, following the first Open Day.
Examples
Availability of places and waiting lists
If a section or class is full and requests exceed available places, a waiting list will be activated.
Registration on the waiting list and the subsequent inclusion of students follows a purely chronological order. Families who are not yet attending our school can request to be placed on the waiting list even before the registration campaign for the year in question has begun. In this case, all families on the waiting list will be contacted when registration opens to finalize their registration.
Please note: Registration on the waiting list represents an expression of interest, not a registration to the school, and is in no way binding for the family who signs up.

, access to MUNICIPAL AFFILIATED nursery school places, 5% discount on annual tuition fees for advance payment in a single payment and for large families (discounts and benefits are cumulative).
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE (individuals only):
€500.00/year to be paid upon registration. The registration fee serves as a non-refundable confirmation deposit and is
deducted from the annual tuition fee.
MEAL COSTS (private individuals only):
The price is a flat annual fee. It includes morning and afternoon snacks and lunch. All prices must be confirmed by the start of the 25/26 school year, depending on market trends. The cost of meals for middle school students will increase proportionally to the number of hours attended, up to a maximum of €970.00 for 40 hours per week.
MIDDLE SCHOOL EXTENSION COSTS (private students only): The middle school attendance package can be expanded in a modular manner up to a maximum of 40 hours/week of school attendance, according to the costs shown in the table. The cost of the extensions is always added to the annual tuition fee.

If a spot is immediately available and the registration process is already open, you will be prompted to complete the appropriate form through the school portal. Once the registration process is complete, the relevant office will contact you regarding payment of the registration fee.
If we are unable to accept your application due to a lack of available seats or because registration for the class you're interested in is not yet open, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list.
Once you have completed your registration, in the summer before the start of the school year, you will be contacted by the educational coordination who will send you the information to prepare you for the start of your school journey with EducatioNest.
Organization
- if your child was born in 2023 and currently attends the middle school section of the nursery, in April/May 2025 he/she will be able to enroll in the first year of preschool for the 2026/27 school year;
- if your child was born in 2020 and currently attends the 4/5yo section of preschool, in April/May 2025 he/she will be able to enroll in the first year of primary school for the 2026/27 academic year;
- If your child was born in 2015 and is currently in 4th grade, he or she will be able to enroll in 6th grade for the 2026/27 academic year in April/May 2025.
